REPORTING OF QUESTIONABLE ACTIVITY:
The Audit Committee of the Bank has established procedures for processing complaints and processing confidential, anonymous submissions regarding accounting, internal control, and auditing matters. The Audit Committee Chairperson will track submissions received, discuss items with other Audit Committee members as necessary and document resolutions as deemed appropriate.
