Directions to the Shareholder Meeting

The Annual Meeting of the Shareholders of First Internet Bancorp (the "Bancorp") will be held at the training facilities at Open Solutions RDS Technologies at Indianapolis, 7820 Innovation Boulevard, Indianapolis, Indiana 46278 at 9:00 AM EDT, on Friday, May 16, 2008.

Open Solutions RDS Technologies is located on the Northwest side of Indianapolis. Take 465 to the west side of town, to the 86th Street Exit. Turn east on 86th Street to Zionsville Road (there's a light at Zionsville Road). Turn right, or south, on Zionsville Road.

The next light is 79th Street, turn right, or west, on 79th and take that to Innovation Boulevard. Turn left on Innovation Boulevard. (If you go over the interstate, you have traveled too far on 79th Street.)

Once on Innovation Boulevard, take an immediate right into the parking lot. You may park in any available space. Please check in at the first receptionist desk when you arrive.
