NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

The 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of First Internet Bancorp will be held virtually via the Internet at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/INBK2025, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Monday, May 19, 2025, for the following purposes:

• To elect eight directors to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders;
• To approve, in an advisory (non-binding) vote, the compensation paid to our named executive officers;
• To approve, in an advisory (non-binding) vote, whether to conduct future advisory votes to approve executive compensation every one, two or three years;
• To ratify the appointment of Forvis Mazars, LLP as our independent registered public accounting firm for 2025; and
• To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournments thereof.
